SUSAN MARIE WILLIAMSON ROWE

WILLIAMSBURG, VA - Mrs. Susan Marie Williamson Rowe, 50, formerly of Charlotte, NC, passed away Tuesday, June 26, 2007. She was born February 28, 1957 in Charlotte, daughter of the late Dukes Wright Williamson and Sally Theiling Williamson of Rock Hill. 

Susan was predeceased by her husband, David Wayne Rowe. In addition to her mother, Mrs. Rowe is survived by her son, Rudy Rowe of Texas; her daughter, Jessica Rowe Pearce and husband, Stephen, of Williamsburg, VA; her brother, Jeff D. Williamson and wife, Paula, of Rock Hill; her sister, Melissa W. Russell of Rock Hill; her grandson, David V. Pearce of Williamsburg; her nieces, Sally Anne Williamson and Ann Marie Williamson of Rock Hill; and her nephew, Patrick D. Williamson of Rock Hill.

Susan was a graduate of South Mecklenburg High School class of 1975. She attended CPCC and the University of Central Florida. She taught graphic design at V.C.U. and Varina High School in Richmond, VA.

A graveside service will be 11:00 AM Monday, July 2, 2007 at Evergreen Cemetery in Charlotte, with the Rev. Betsy Williamson officiating. A memorial service will be held on Saturday, July 7, 2007 in Williamsburg. The family will receive friends following the service at the cemetery.

The family requests memorials be sent to American Cancer Society or a Hospice Chapter of your choice.
